1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Epravasi platform, mobile application, or website (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role

Epravasi operates as a marketplace and community platform connecting Indian expatriates with service providers, job opportunities, and marketplace listings. We act solely as an intermediary and do not directly provide any services, employment, or products listed on the Platform.

  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services or products listed.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, job postings, or service provider profiles.
  • We do not act as an employer, agent, or contractor for any party.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and communications.
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Not post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Not harass, abuse, or harm other users or service providers.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to Epravasi immediately.

4. Service Provider Obligations

Service providers listed on the Platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their services, qualifications, and pricing.
  • Maintain valid licenses and permits as required by applicable laws.
  • Deliver services in a professional and timely manner.
  • Comply with all local, national, and international regulations applicable to their services.
  • Submit to Aadhaar verification when requested for identity verification purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epravasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Epravasi in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Epravasi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of any third party.

7. Modifications

Epravasi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
